For an agent on the phone. That is most valuable on premium cabins, mixed-cabin and multi-city routing. On a simple economy one-way, booking direct with the airline usually costs less because you avoid our fee, and we will say so.
$20 per ticket. An agent quotes it inside your total cost, separately from the airline fare and taxes, before anything is ticketed, and you can decline with nothing charged.
Only bookings originally issued through Sky Tickets. Call us and we will request the change or cancellation on your behalf; any charges are set by the airline under your fare rules. We cannot change or cancel tickets bought directly from an airline or through another agency — please contact them instead.
